Cancellation Policy
What happens if a service engagement or an event is cancelled or postponed.
Service engagements
Either party may cancel a production or consulting engagement as described in the written agreement. Notice periods and any fees or non-refundable deposits are set out there.
Events
Public events are occasionally postponed or cancelled — for weather, venue, safety, or other reasons. If an event is postponed, tickets are generally honored for the new date. If an event is cancelled, ticket refunds are handled through the third-party ticketing platform under the terms published for that event.
