Refund & Dispute Policy
How refunds and payment disputes are handled for our services and events.
Production and consulting services
Fees for event-production and consulting engagements are set out in your written quote, along with any deposit and refund terms specific to that engagement. Because our work is scheduled and resourced in advance, deposits may be non-refundable as described in your agreement. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
Event tickets
Tickets to our public events are sold through a separate third-party ticketing platform. Ticket refunds, exchanges, and disputes are handled under that platform's policies and the specific terms published for each event. Please refer to your ticket confirmation for details.
